The Fieldbook P80 is an 8-inch Windows tablet and closes the gap between the compact N80 G2 running Android and the larger 10-inch models.
The display measures 8 inch at a resolution of 1280 x 800. The processor is listed as Intel® Celeron® N5100, Intel® UHD Graphics, memory and storage as 8 GB RAM · 128 GB eMMC storage. Weight is 910 g.

The protection rating is given as IP65 [1] – under IEC 60529 that means dust-tight and protected against water jets from any direction. 15 of the 45 devices we list carry this class.
The military standard is stated as MIL-STD-810H. Revision H replaced revision G in 2019 and adds test methods for rain and icing, among others. MIL-STD-810 is not a certification but a set of test methods – which of them a manufacturer runs is its own decision.
The permitted operating temperature range is given as -20 °C to +60 °C.
Brightness is given as 700 nits. That puts the Fieldbook P80 at rank 30 of 44 devices for which a brightness figure is documented. The brightest reaches 1680 nits, the dimmest 400.
Office monitors run at 250 to 350 nits, and a display counts as sunlight readable from around 1000. This device sits between the two: outdoors shade helps, in a vehicle or a hall the figure is enough.

A replaceable battery means the device can keep running without a shutdown, as long as the change happens within the buffer time. In shift operation that removes the charging break.

The P80 is the Windows variant in the 8-inch format. The N80 G2 beside it runs Android, is about a third lighter at 600 grams, and is protected against submersion at IP67.
