Defence use means extremes: temperature, dust, water, shock and vibration – and equipment that has to keep working through all of them.
MIL-STD-810 is a family of test procedures, not a single rating. It covers drops, vibration, temperature extremes, humidity and altitude, and each model is tested against the procedures relevant to its class.
The IP rating covers dust and water separately: IP65 means dust-tight and protected against water jets, IP66 against powerful water jets.
Which combination is appropriate depends on the deployment. The datasheet of each model lists exactly which procedures it was tested to; nothing is generalised here.
Key data taken from each model’s datasheet. Full specifications on the product pages; anything not documented is shown as „–“.

Downtime is costly. When devices fail, processes come to a standstill — and that becomes more expensive than any hardware, fast.
We deliver rugged Durabook setups that work in daily use: model + options + power concept + accessories matched to your workflow (industry, software, environment, quantity).
