The Getac F120 is a fully rugged 12.2-inch tablet with Windows 11 Pro and Intel® Core™ Ultra processors (Series 2), which Getac positions as a Copilot+ PC with NPU acceleration. The figures below are taken from the manufacturer datasheet (Getac, as at 17 September 2026).
Getac names defence, utilities, industrial manufacturing and the automotive industry as fields of use. In its press release of 2 September 2025, Getac describes tasks such as real-time diagnostics, GIS mapping at remote sites and mobile command posts in vehicles. The F120 is therefore aimed at field professionals who need a full Windows device and want to run AI-assisted analysis on the device itself. As a Copilot+ PC it meets, according to Getac, the requirements for the NPU (at least 40 TOPS), memory (at least 16 GB) and SSD (at least 256 GB). The industry pages Military, Industry and Workshop fit the fields mentioned.
The closest model in our range is the Getac F110 G7, which according to the Getac press release is the predecessor of the F120. The F120 has a larger display (12.2 instead of 11.6 inch) with a higher resolution (1920 x 1200 instead of 1920 x 1080), weighs 1.41 kg against 1.49 kg for the F110 G7 and measures 300 x 207 x 22.2 mm instead of 314 x 207 x 25 mm. Instead of 13th-generation Intel Core processors it uses Core Ultra processors with an NPU, and it adds a second Thunderbolt 4 port and Wi-Fi 7 instead of Wi-Fi 6E. Unchanged are 1200 nits, IP66 and the operating temperature range of -29 °C to 63 °C. The Getac UX10 uses the same processor family, but is smaller and lighter at 10.1 inch and 1.15 kg (without keyboard dock) and reaches only 1000 nits. The Getac K120 is larger and heavier at 12.5 inch and 1.7 kg.
